Reached by private long tail boat, hidden between the palm trees and rice paddies we have created a unique Eco Villa. The design is based of a high end luxury Safari-Tented Lodge, set up with luxury, local made furniture of sustainable products. The Villa will not have/ or limited electricity, to full fill its goal to become 100% eco-friendly. Modern and traditional methods are used as Gravity and Solar Power, to provide the services needed.

The Villa is based on 7 acre of land, with 200 meter private beach. Based on a solid wooden deck on stilts the villa has marvelous views of the beach and Phang Nga bay. The Villa is distinctively equipped to function as living, sleeping, and bath areas. The spacious separated bath tent features a indoor and outdoor shower. Interior furnishings exude a warm and tropical ambience, replete with timber flooring, teak furniture, handcrafted wooden and canvas accents, and luxurious ceiling canopies. With two king size beds, the Villa is suitable up to four people.
The service is provided by our Island Host, 24 hours on standby. Allow your experienced Island Host to serve your meals in the comfort of your own residence. Lazy breakfasts in bed, cool lunches on the beach or romantic candle lit dinners in front of your villa.
Enjoy, a private barbecue or a selection of international dishes on the deck in front of your villa or on the beach. While you are relaxing with a good book from our library on the sun lounger on the beach, let your island host and a personal chef treat you to an extravagant experience under the stars
For an even more Koyao experience, let yourself be brought across to a deserted Island, where your footprints in the sand will be the only sign of human life.  A 18ft private speedboat is on standby during your stay to bring you to one of the Islands nearby for some swimming, sightseeing or snorkeling.
The Phang Nga bay consists of 44 Islands, which can be visited with your private captain. Escorted by your island host and a chef, they will whip up an elegant set-up and exquisite meal. Once the tide comes up to your knees you know it will be time to slowly pack up and return to the island. Breakfast, lunch or dinner… each time of the day will offer a different perspective, yet each will be a moment to treasure.

If you need some more activities we can arrange canoes or mountain bikes to experience the true Nature of Koyao Noi on your own, or with your private guide. If you want to relax, we can arrange a in-villa massage by one of our massage therapists, that include signature Koyao Island Resort and Spa massages and facials.

You will have the privilege to experience to stay on a private island, alone with your loved one(-s), fully serviced. All excursions, treatments and dinners will be ready at your request against no additional charges.
